Biography

Daniel Gorton was born in 1978, in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand, where, in 2001 he attended the Eastern Institute of Technology, gaining a diploma in Performing Arts. He continued his study at the South Seas Film School in Auckland where he completed an Acting for Film and TV qualification. Daniel spent the next 10 years travelling extensively, acting in many stage productions in countries such as Canada, Holland and eventually the UK, where he lived in London for more than 6 years. During this time Daniel worked on numerous short films, an official music video, a couple of web series and many theatre works. In New Zealand Daniel has appeared on stage in plays, musical theatre and on screen in a national TV commercial.
