Biography

Marc Rosenzweig is a graduate of the University of Southern California. As a student, Marc co-founded The Suspenders, a sketch comedy troupe which continues to this day and is now the longest running sketch troupe at USC. Marc also directed the world premiere of Bum Promises, a dramatic one act play written by his friend and peer Jason David. After graduating, Marc directed a short film adaptation of Bum Promises, which was shot on location in North Carolina and won a Gold Remi at Worldfest Houston 2018 for Best Dramatic Adaptation. Marc is the co-founder of a multi-platform sketch comedy troupe Trifecta Comedy. Through his work with Trifecta, Marc regularly writes, produces, and performs original live sketch comedy shows in the Hollywood area and has been featured on the homepage of Funny or Die. Currently Marc is directing, producing, and developing a slate of genre feature films with Cosmic Nightmares. Marc's most recent projects include Seeking Shelter (Best Nature/Environmental Documentary Slamdance 2017), The Sanctuary (Nominated Best Film at Northeast Horror Film Festival 2016), and Kismet (Gold Remi for Best Original Drama at Worldfest Houston 2019).
