In 2019, He was invited to Poitiers Film Festival, in France and was felicitated along with Anurag Kashyap and Ritesh Batra, for his commendable work in Indian Cinema.
His directorial debut Web Series "Damaged", India's First Psychological Crime Drama about a Female Serial Killer, made it to the list of the top 5 psychological thrillers of 2018 along with the likes of "Sacred Games"
His debut short film "Rosebed" got him recognition as a "Rising Star in Asian Cinema" in Beijing, CHINA 2011. His subsequent directorial shorts in different languages like Marathi and Bengali have been similarly feted in reputed film festivals in Europe.
