Noel Duggan was born on 23 January 1949 in Gweedore, County Donegal, Ireland. He was an actor, known for Baywatch (1989), Clannad: Robin (The Hooded Man) (1984) and Clannad: Closer to Your Heart (1985). He died on 15 October 2022 in Greencastle, County Donegal, Ireland.

Guitarist in the Irish folk band Clannad, founded in 1970 in County Donegal by siblings Ciarán, Pól and Moya Brennan and their uncles Noel and Padraig.
