Biography

Decho Taralezhkov is a Bulgarian writer, producer, and script consultant known for his collaborations with filmmakers Petar Valchanov and Kristina Grozeva, Kamen Kolarov and Tatyana Pandurska, among others. He has also ventured into video game territory with the English-language story-driven title Elea (2018), developed by Bulgarian indie studio Kyodai and available on all gaming platforms. Decho holds a degree in Dramaturgy from the National Academy of Theater and Film Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is a 4 Corners, MIDPOINT Writer's Room, Talents Sarajevo and Berlinale Talents alumnus. Together with director Kamen Kolarov, he is the founder and managing partner of Sofia-based film production outfit Dystopia Films.
