Matthew Sauer grew up in Surrey B.C. His passion for film was kick
started at the age of 9 by Disney Channels Movie of the Week "Can of
Worms", which was filmed at his house in 1998, as well X-Men 2 which
was filmed in his neighborhood during the summer of 2002. He graduated from film school in 2011.
Matthew is one of the Managing Directors/Part Owner of Syndicate Seven Films, a Vancouver based production company specializing in action-oriented feature films, as well as, high-end commercials and music videos. His current projects include two feature films titled "Genesis" and "Retrograde"
