- Part of a military family, Chris moved from Connecticut to upstate New York, to Indiana, and then finally stopped moving once he came to Delaware. As a child, he was fascinated by movies, and had a huge interest in watching the Star Wars films and attempting to make a film projector to work with cellophane; the idea never worked.
He completed his first film in 2013, the horror short "Inheritance". After an extended hiatus, Chris returned to filmmaking with the short thriller ":Chat Enabled," in 2024 (completed in 2026), and "Restless" in 2026. He continues to work on filmmaking with his wife and collaborator Nicole Worthley-Hall at Second Life Pictures.
