Therron Dumas is an eight-time multi-international award-winning writer, actor, and director, who is also sag eligible. Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. He is now based in The outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia. With well over 70 films to his credit, Therron's versatility spans lead and supporting roles across web series, independent films, and national television. Prior to his career in film, Therron was a disciplined student of the martial arts in Newark, achieving the rank of black belt by the age of 17 under the instruction of grand master Eugene David Floyd. He soon enlisted in the United States Navy in the early '90s during desert Storm, and was a part of the pre-commissioning crew of the naval aircraft carrier. The USS George Washington CVN 73. His service was curtailed by a knee injury sustained during his first tour leading to his discharge.
