Nadir Siddiqui is a Pakistan based cinematographer with a over decade of experience in documentary film.
In 2023 a film he shot was nominated in the 44th News and Doc Emmys in the category of Best Short Doc and was also shortlisted for the Academy Awards 2023. Previously he spent six years working with two-time Academy Award winning director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. He has worked on projects for HBO, Showtime, Vice, Al Jazeera, and YouTube Red. He has also received an Emmy nomination for his sound work in the Academy Award winning "Girl in the River". He has shot films from across the globe in eight different countries including Pakistan, USA, UAE, Kenya, Georgia and Bangladesh.
