- Danno is a veteran Still Photographer with decades of experience. Photographing music celebrities for Price Broadcasting stations in Salt Lake City, Utah from the age of 16, he developed his eye for photography on 35mm film, long before digital cameras and Photoshop.
Danno has worked in film since 1999 and first qualified for the Industry Experience Roster in 2005. Danno is now a Rostered Local 600 member and shoots for such productions as the #1 rated cable show "Yellowstone", starring Kevin Costner, Wes Bentley, Luke Grimes & Kelly Reilly.
Although he his based out of Salt Lake City, Ut, Danno is available worldwide for Union and non-Union productions. He is available to work locally out of L.A. or Salt Lake City.

- He sold his first screenplay in 1998 to Dreamland Productions (The Stripling Warriors). The movie spent 4 weeks in production and then was terminated due to funding issues.
- James was accepted into International Cinematographers Guild Local 600 in June of 2005. He joined the Army and decided to wait until after his military service to re-qualify.
- James left the film industry to serve his Country, hence his long break in credits. He was a combat medic in the US Army and spent almost his entire service overseas.
