Sarah Brooks was born in Chicago,IL to Edward Evans, a postal service coordinator and civil engineer and Anne Evans, a daycare owner and retail manager. She is the youngest of four siblings. She is of English, German & Welsh decent. She attended Arizona State University where she earned a bachelors in political science and international affairs.
