Biography

Born 1964 in Timisoara (aka "Little Vienna", near Transylvania; same as did Johnny Weissmuller- Tarzan and Bela Lugosi- Dracula). Timisoara is the first continental European city with street lighting, introduced in 1884. He is a direct descendant from the Teutonic Knights, that were commissioned in the 12 century by the King of France to protect Transylvania and Europe from the Ottoman Empire. Who was set to turn Europe into the land of Islam. Next to that medieval Teutonic village, his grandparents village, one mile away, in 1961 was discovered the oldest writing in the world, 5300 BC, the Tablets of Tartaria. Dan Marius Andreiu, at 12 years old, won the Physics Science Olympics with a perfect score at the highest level he was allowed to compete. In his hometown Timisoara he studied computer science at one of the only 4 such special computer high-schools in the country at the time. Today, that , Grigore Moisil high school, is one of 20 best high schools in the world. He also studied art, and martial arts. At 17, not wanting to be part of a mandatory boring annual school spectacle, he wrote and directed a play and a dance, that ended up such a big success, that students demanded to be replayed next year. But in Communist Romania, being an artist was not a future for anyone of sound mind, and Dan never thought then to make a future out of it. In 1989, along with friends from his hometown, he was in the middle of the overthrew of the Communist Government fight, with an AK-47 and Molotov cocktails in hand, literally. After the fall of communism he started the third Romanian-foreign company, doing business successfully on a international level. Traveling the world, following the footsteps of his American grand grandfather, Dan moved to the US in his later 20's. In 1996, he wrote and was set to direct the film Red Mercury. However,..the project did not end well, and a similar movie ended up being made In GB next year... Dan became disgusted with authoring films in Hollywood, and instead, he started a boutique high-end car dealership. In 2006, Dan invented and patented a "green technology" water-saving product, and he received Awards from the State of California for it. Recently Dan invented two other products, one in electrical bicycle efficiency domain, the other about the tactile use of a touch screen in a moving vehicle. 2010, Dan renewed his film technological knowledge at Los Angeles Film School, and again in 2014-15.

Dan Andreiu past several years, with renewed enthusiasm, has author several projects.
