- Angelica Briones is a multidisciplinary artist working fluidly across performance, literature, and contemporary fine art. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, she looks forward to supporting the exceptional talent of her fellow union members. Her artwork has been exhibited across Europe in Paris, Milan, Madrid, the MEAM Museum in Barcelona, Spain, and New York City. A large collection of paintings can be found on Artsy, most of which are inspiration for a novel in the works by the artist. Her feature debut, Love Land, in which she co-starred alongside an inclusive cast with developmental disabilities, received funding from the San Francisco Film Society and won the Audience Award and Special Jury Prize for Ensemble Cast at the 25th Annual New Orleans Film Festival. Briones would later appear on televisions worldwide as a disaffected teen seduced by her mother's pastor boyfriend in the feature-length Lifetime delicacy, Sinister Minister.
Briones is an alumnus of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and has trained under Howard Fine, a protégé of Uta Hagen. She is an avid painter and amateur seamstress, fluent in Spanish, a student of Italian, dances folklórico, and regularly tends to furry new friends. She loves Montmartre, forensics, bougainvilleas, her pets, and vegan chantilly cream.
