- Joel has regularly taken part in National Theatre Connections and has played a lead role at The Olivier Theatre in Zero For the Young Dudes. He is also a writer and his play It Was A Prank, Bro was shortlisted for The National Theatre's New Views Playwriting competition and performed at The NT Dorfman Theatre. He plays the part of Peter in Big Finish audio drama Survivors, and has also had roles in Big Finish Doctor Who audios. He studied music at Goldsmiths University and is a composer/sound designer/ assistant director for Sleepwalk Immersive Theatre Company. In April 2024 he played lead part, Theo, in BBC2 Comedy series, Mammoth starring Mike Bobbins. In 2025 he was in series 2 and BBC2 Mammoth Christmas special, BBC2 and BBC1 in Wales.

- Real name is Joel Moffett as his father Peter Davison's real name is Peter Moffett (he was forced to adopt a stage name as there was already an actor named Joel Moffett).
