Charles Wheeler is an American/French actor who resides in Paris.
He is a Kansas City native and grew up doing local theater in the Midwest and unfortunately, never met Paul Rudd.
When he's not acting in film, he works as a creative director in the audiovisual industry.
He is also a film composer, having made a song for the feature film Apaches.
