Mireya Cecilia Ramona Pantoja Levi, better known as "Cecilia" or "Cecilia la Incomparable", was born on October 21, 1943 in Tomé, Concepción, Chile. Is an actress and singer of the Chilean New Wave (Nueva Ola Chilena) like Buddy Richard, Mike Savage, José Alfredo Fuentes and Gloria Benavides. Cecilia is Chilean music icon. In 1965 won the Festival de Viña del Mar (1963) and in 2016 received the National Music Award.
