Biography

Tasha Biltmore

Biography

  • Tasha Biltmore Is an American Actress, Playwright, and Film Director. She Is best known for her work on the stage plays The Conversation, The Betrayal, Roxy and for her films The Conversation Series, The Odd Couple, Maddy, and The Gentlemen's Club

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I am a Motown girl. Upon graduating high school, I attended Junior College and then got married at 20. When everyone, including your own husband, is against you, it's cold in D.

The year is 2000, I have three daughters, and I have four last names. There were some who said marriage wasn't for me, but I believed the guys just weren't ready. Putting God first and family second is hard for some black hard-working men in America. They used me as a punching bag to vent their anger and wounded emotions.

After moving to California in 2004, the poem THE CONVERSATION was born and GOD did the rest. The open mic has evolved into a stage show, and now a TV series. After moving to Hollywood, THE CONVERSATION came to life on stage at the Stellar Adler. Every night, I thank God for his blessings. There was only one thing I wanted: to be heard. However, GOD had a greater purpose in mind.

Now it's 2022, and I'm still here, bruised not beaten.
