Biography

S Ramachandran is a print journalist, Media Person and TV Journalist turned filmmaker. He worked with publications like Afternoon Despatch and Courier, Mid-day, Indian Express, and Television networks like NDTV and Zoom before entering Bollywood. He has also written a lot of TV shows like Bol Bachchan, Salt and Pepper etc. He has been a media consultant to films like Satya 2, Jism 2 and Attacks of 26/11. He has directed music videos like Asha and Friends and Rasiya Saajan, before turning producer. S. Ramachandran, who is the founder of Sanskriti Media and Entertainment, a content providing company and a TV and film production house named the company after his daughter Sanskriti. He also owns another Film and Movie Publicity and Marketing company called Brandstand. He was a Chartered Accountant, who went on to be a print journalist and then became a TV journalist before getting into the Hindi movie industry, popularly known as Bollywood. He is now a well known director, producer and media strategist.

S. Ramachandran is also an accomplished street theatre actor, writer and director and has performed over 7000 times across India. He established a street theatre organisation called Naujawan E Hind in 1992.

S. Ramachandran was also working as an articled clerk in a Chartered Accountancy firm called Modi, Vijay and Vedula before getting into full time journalism.

Ramachandran is also an award winning author and has come out with two books... Mere Papa Param Vir and The Brave Hearts... both about the Indian Army.
