Jessica Pavão is an international producer and senior executive with a focus on amplifying inclusive narratives. She was previously an SVP at Boat Rocker Studios where she focused on development and current series including Amazon's American Rust (2021). Prior to that she was Head of Development for Eighty-Two Cents under their CBS Television Studios overall. She also headed up television for five years at Eugenio Derbez's 3pas Studios, producing and developing domestic and international series including the Apple hit, [title=tt13567344], which premiered its third season in 2024. Pavão got her start at Fox, The CW and 25/7 Productions.
