Shelley Sykes is a British born Australian, giving her a distinctive British accent. Modeling contracts ensued at age 16 as Gala Queen, at 17 singing in a band. Her first job was working for her grandmother in her Haute Couture Business, Langs Gowns. Then Intasun, a Travel company before she was inspired to move to South Africa to study a BSc IT and an MBA by age 22. At 23 she won the South African Disco Championship in Johannesburg & a Bevy of Modeling & TV Commercials ensued. Shelley specialized in IT with IBM, Banking with the Standard Bank, Journalism with Knaysna Press, Travel with Uniworld Tours, PR with Southern Seas Charter Company, Yacht Hand in Malawi & Entertainment Manager in Crete Greece at the Mirabello Hotel. There Celebrity Guests recommended Shelley train to be an actress since she was a natural. Shelley attended the London Regent School of acting before getting her first roles on Yorkshire TV's Drama Scene. Always full of life and Adventure, Shelley found time to act with Katherine Zeta Jones & host on TV shows. Before becoming a Mum to a special needs child, Shelley owned a chain of spas, continuously growing as a developing serial Entrepreneur, Writer, Director, Actress, sought after Speaker & Voice Artist. Shelley studied Psychology, Journalism, Feng Shui, Design & Beauty. Founded the HappyCharity.org, whilst still owning several Beauty Spas, a Property & Styling Company, as well as a series of media companies Winning Five Awards for her Books. In 2009 she was also nominated Australian of the year & in 2012 she received the Susan B. Anthony Award for her Charity work.
