Jason Brock is a television, film and stage star. He was seen in homes all over the world as a finalist on X-Factor singing songs like Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind." Jason also starred in the film, "Love is not Enough," which played at global film festivals, including the Frameline Film Festival in San Francisco. Jason is well-known as a cabaret star and performs original shows regularly. He has been voted "Best Male Cabaret Singer" for the last three years by the readers of the Bay Area Reporter. He is followed by tens of thousands of people on social media (over fifty-five thousand followers on twitter alone) and has millions of views on YouTube.

Jason Brock has been fortunate enough to have shared the stage with many celebrities. They include Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Mario Lopez, Khloe Kardashian, Simon Cowell, Zayn Malik (One Direction), Fifth Harmony, Alex Newell (Glee), Taylor Mac, Diane Schuur, Paula West, Marga Gomez, L.A. Reid, Bea Miller, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Katya Smirnoff-Skyy, Leanne Borghesi, Erin-Kate Whitcomb, Sally Struthers, Bruce Vilanch, Florence Henderson and many, many more.

Jason Brock is also a recording artist. He was recently featured on Miguel Migs' new release, "Dim Division," recorded on major label Soul Heaven/Salted Music. Artists on the album include Meshell Ndegeocello, UK soul singer Omar, Andy Allo (who toured with Prince on guitar/vocals) and others. Jason records his own music, as well. He is working on an album of original music which is in the recording phase now. His available original recordings (of many kinds - acoustic, dance and house songs [respectively]), "Cornbread," "You've got the Love" and Miguel Migs' album track "Sail On," can be purchased or streamed on most music services today. Jason Brock has performed at venues across the country, and even outside of the country, but he is most often seen in San Francisco. He has been seen at many venues throughout the city, including the Herbst Theatre, Castro Theatre, Marines Memorial Theatre, Feinstein's at Hotel Nikko, Society Cabaret, Martuni's Piano Bar and many more. He performs concerts of his own and is also available for hire. When Jason is asked to perform at an event, it is often for private events (birthday parties, weddings or anniversary celebrations), fundraisers for non-profits or as a guest or featured artist in a festival or party. Please keep in mind that rates for booking Jason vary depending on your event. Quotes are gladly provided at your request. For booking information, click here.

Jason Brock also believes it's important to try to make the world a better place, so he gives back to the community - primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. He donates his resources to these organizations: Richomond Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF), the San Francisco Unified Lions Club, Alice B. Toklas Democrats (Lgbtq Political Club) and The San Francisco FrontRunners (Lgbtq Running Club).

Jason Brock has also done a fair amount of theatre. Some of his roles include: Hedwig in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" at the Boxcar Theatre, a demented flower girl in Taylor Mac's "The Lily's Revenge" at Magic Theatre, and "Peachy Gale" in Peaches Christ's "The Wizard of Odd" at Castro Theatre.

Jason Brock collaborates with many diverse and excellent musicians and singers, as well. You'll usually see him performing with his pianist, Dee Spencer. Dianthe "Dee" Spencer is a Professor and Chair of Music in the School of Music at San Francisco State University where she founded the jazz studies undergraduate degree program in 1990. She earned and Ed.D from the University of San Francisco; M.M. from Washington University in St. Louis; and a B.S. from Florida A&M University. Dee served on the piano faculty at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Dee served on the governing boards of the International Association for Jazz Education (IAJE) and the SF Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS). She serves on the board of the Community Music Center. In May 2015, Dee worked with Wynton Marsalis as a judge for the annual Jazz at Lincoln Center's Essentially Ellington Competition.

As far as Jason Brock's personal life, he was born in East Texas, and then moved all over the country with his family - no they weren't a military family - he's still trying to figure out why they moved so much during his childhood. Anyway, Jason has lived in many places, but finally settled in San Francisco, California. It's a great place for him to live because it's diverse, beautiful, has an interesting political scene, and San Francisco was featured in several of the books (Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin, Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan, The Color Purple [writer Alice Walker lives near the city]), that inspired Jason to live as his true self. He now resides at home with his partner and dog (not the same person) with a beautiful view of the Bay.
