Miriam Schön Raagaard was born in 1980 in Copenhagen, Denmark to a German mother and a Danish father. She graduated from East15 Acting School (London, UK) in 2011 with a BA in Acting & Stage Combat. Today she works as an actor, fight performer & fight director in both TV, Film and stage productions. She is also the first trained intimacy coordinator in Denmark. Miriam is fluent in German and English and works on Danish as well as international productions.
As an Intimacy Coordinator she has worked for Netflix, Nordisk Film A/S, ZDF, Motor, AC Celtic Films, Monafilm, DR Drama and various independent projects. As an Intimacy Director and Fight Director her most recent credits include the production of Elektra and The Great Gatsby at The Royal Opera and Royal Ballet in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is recognized by The Intimacy Practitioners' Guild (IPG), a guild dedicated to ensuring suitably qualified Intimacy Practitioners in Europe.
