- Sumana Amarasinghe was born on February 21, 1948 in Katugastota, Kandy, Ceylon. She was an actress and production manager, known for Sihina Lowak Soya, Sansara Prarthana (2002) and Tom Pachayo (2016). She was married to Roy de Silva. She died on June 5, 2022 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
