From these roots, a lifelong passion for storytelling took hold.
In 2011, Vincent began formal training as an actor, quickly landing roles in national commercials for brands like Nike and Tampax, as well as appearing alongside actors such as Topher Grace and James Franco in film and television projects. His natural charisma also led him to on-camera hosting for major companies like Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Vincent found a deep creative home in theater. Over the past decade, he has written and performed in numerous original stage productions across LA's vibrant theater scene. Today, he continues to expand his storytelling across mediums as a writer, director, actor, and producer. His most recent short film, ROY, garnered acclaim on the festival circuit, cementing his reputation as a bold and emotionally resonant filmmaker. - Vincent Alvas began writing at a very early age. He has since transitioned to screenwriting, with his script, "The Senator's Son", being his first independent film which he stars in.
- He started training in Tang Soo Do/Soo Bahk Do martial arts at the age of 4. He achieved his Midnight Blue (Black) Belt by the time he was 9 years old. Today he is a third degree Midnight Blue (Black) belt.
- Vincent played multiple sports in high school. He was one of only a handful of students to play varsity football as a sophomore. He played volleyball and ran track as well.
- At age 9, Vincent was the youngest athlete to represent the world renowned Red Barry's Baseball World Team in international competition against Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic as a pitcher and short stop.
- Vincent owned a successful marketing business from 2004 to 2010. He then took his expertise to his brother's business - a martial arts studio - before beginning his professional acting career.
