Is a fan of the show "Quantum Leap" and decided to reference the series in "Z-Lister" where his character wears a t-shirt of Sam's face.

Is close friends with filmmaker Kris Smith. The two met in high school and attended the same Media, Theatre and Film Studies Classes.
