Alec Eskander

Alec Eskander is the Founder of Viola Pictures, an independent film production company developing and producing feature films across horror, drama, action, and science fiction. Eskander built his career over more than fifteen years in production, beginning in music video, working with major-label artists including Weezer, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dog, Logic, and Five Finger Death Punch. He co-founded Green Glow Films and later founding Escape Velocity Content, a commercial and branded production company. His agency career spans Publicis, FCB, WPP, Omnicom, and IPG, producing campaigns for brands including Apple, Disney, Netflix, Amazon and Red Bull. From 2018 to 2021, he served as Head of Production at Maximum Effort, Ryan Reynolds' creative agency, building the production infrastructure behind the company's signature "fastvertising" model and producing content alongside major studio releases for Netflix, Disney, and 20th Century Studios, work that earned three Clio Awards. He now leads Viola Pictures' development slate as Founder and Executive Producer.
