Biography

I'm a Mexican citizen residing in BC as a permanent resident

As a Post Production Coordinator at Atomic Cartoons, I manage the process of locking, QCing, mixing, and grading episodes for various animation shows for Netflix, CBC, PBS, and Disney +. I also work with editorial projects for final backup and export mezzanine files in Adobe Premiere for colour grading and final deliveries to other post studios.

With over 15 years of experience in the Post production industry, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, a great eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to team atmospheres even during high-pressure situations. I have worked as a DI Assistant at Animal Logic, where I assisted the colorist in online conforming and setting a look for the DC League of Super-Pets feature film, and as a DI Colorist on Baselight for TV Series and Online content, where I generated workflows in new technologies such as HDR, BLG, and OpenEXR and I am proficient in video color grading, codecs, and Post production tools.

My passion is to create and deliver stunning and engaging visual content for audiences around the world, using my creativity and image manipulation skills. I enjoy collaborating closely with the vfx team, the camera operators, the directors, and the clients, to ensure the highest quality standards and expectations are met. I am always eager to learn new techniques, technologies, and trends in the Post production field, and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
