Mike Smith was born and raised in Leeds then crossed the Pennines
(which his family have finally forgiven him for) to study Film &
Psychology at The University of Manchester. In his first year he taught
himself how to edit and has since created a number of videos for the
institution.
In 2011 he obtained his first film credit, producing a behind-the-scenes documentary for the short film 'Thunder From Her Heart'.
