Born in the Summerdale section of Northeast Philadelphia, Dennis was always a unique person. At the age of 11, after seeing "A Clockwork Orange, " he decided that he was going to be a filmmaker. He still cites Stanley Kubrick as his main inspiration for all things film.
In 2004, Dennis and his friends started A sketch comedy group, Shabadelphia. The group gets it's name from Dennis' nickname, Shab and the city they are from, Philadelphia. Shabadelphia has created over 150 comedic sketches and they have won multiple awards and featured in film festivals, including in Philadelphia and Toronto.
