Thomas U. Fosseli is a Norwegian art director and production designer who has been making films since 2003, when a short spoof created with fellow students unexpectedly grew into a 40-minute film screened at a local cinema. The experience sparked his transition from graphic design to production design and visual storytelling. A production design graduate of The Norwegian Film School, Fosseli has worked freelance since 2010 on productions such as Occupied, Mammon, Snøfall, Made in Oslo, and Dome 16, and is also active in immersive and location-based VR, including the award-winning Nøkken VR and Viking: Myth of Yggdrasill.
