Before returning to acting, Paige built her career producing independent films, commercials, and digital campaigns. She also appeared in a national beauty campaign for IT Cosmetics.
Paige is the founder of the Flawless Affect Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with visible differences through advocacy, education, creative media, and community. Through the foundation, she develops workshops, awareness campaigns, and original film and media projects that encourage people to see differences not as flaws, but as strengths.
