Vakil Singh, a Mumbai-based director and writer, has carved a unique path in Indian cinema. His journey began in the quiet town of Hisar, where he completed his schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV). Driven by a passion for the arts, he pursued a degree in Arts from Kurukshetra University, all while immersing himself in theatre at the prestigious Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts in New Delhi.

A scholar in theatre under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), Vakil honed his craft with dedication. He had the privilege of working alongside legendary cinematographer and filmmaker Manmohan Singh, an experience that shaped his artistic vision.

In 2023, Vakil Singh made his directorial and writing debut with *Tu Hovein Main Hovan*, featuring the talented Jimmy Sheirgill and Kulraj Randhawa. With this film, he established himself as a promising storyteller in the industry. His upcoming project, *Punia Ki Dunia*, starring Jimmy Sheirgill and Elli AvrRam, promises to captivate audiences once again with its engaging narrative and emotional depth.
