Biography

Connecticut native Erika Mays began her professional acting career in 2015, and has worked with many creative teams across in Film, Television, Voiceover and New Media. She was awarded 'Best Actress' by the Urban Action Showcase for the role of Nina, the silent assassin of the eponymous short film. She held a recurring role on "Amsterdam Ave." the YouTube Series recognized as a 2020 Official Selection in the Worldwide Women's Film Festival co-starring Cate Curtain (Orange is the New Black). She recently made her producer debut for Season 2 of "In A NY Minute", a beloved web-series making local buzz; winning 'Best Webseries' at the NYC Websfest 2024. She's also authored her first book "From Broke To Booked", a guide to help creatives break through career plateaus, monetize their skills, and step confidently into their rightful space in the industry.

Erika's auditioning for new projects and is always open to collaborating with filmmakers to bring new and exciting stories to life.
