Biography

Stratos is a multi-awarded Greek composer.

He developed his distinct composition voice, citing influences from Classical, Jazz, Rock, Pop, Musicals, and Experimental music.

While he's a classically trained musician, he also has a deep knowledge of Jazz.

Having a passion for movies, he was always intrigued by the essential importance of music in creating unique experiences, making them memorable and inspiring for the audience. He believes that music is a co-director and ads a 3rd dimension to the picture.

In 1997, Stratos started composing music for TV, Web, and Radio ad campaigns, which he is still actively doing to this day with his awarded company Rabbeats.

In 2013, he composed the music for librettist Mario Farwell's musical "Starfest", which premiered in October 2015, at "The Chapel Theatre", in St. Louis, U.S.A. Starfest won the first prize at the Santa Fe Musical Theatre festival and was also a finalist at the "New York Music Festival".

He has composed Soundtracks for full-length movies, short films, animated shorts, and continues to evolve and explore new musical territories.
