Joanne Chang is an Australian actress and creative who discovered her 'creative bug' when she was cast as a plus-size model for China Mobile in Hong Kong in 2017. After returning to Australia, Joanne quickly gained recognition, appearing in various short films, commercials, and reality TV shows, including First Dates and BUMP Season 4. She has also worked as a background artist in blockbuster films Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Thor: Love and Thunder.
A graduate of the NIDA screen acting course, Joanne is trained in Chinese Kung Fu, as well as hip hop and contemporary dance. Joanne co-produced and co-wrote the vertical drama series Vampire's Forbidden Kiss, released in 2025 and streaming on the South Korean Vigloo app.
