Martin Blais is a bilingual Canadian actor and writer working in French and English across film, television, theater, and voiceover. His acting methodology emphasizes physical presence, instinct, and character work, a foundation established during his early stage performances in the touring Quebec production of *Rendez-vous suspects*. He approaches performance as an exploration of the subtext revealed through gestures, words, and silences.

His screen career began with an appearance in Zack Snyder's *300*, filmed in Montreal.
