From Set PA to Post Assistant to Art PA to Set Dresser: Michael Centeno, known to most people as Michael Ian, wasn't born in Hollywood Royalty. While growing up in a family filled that's mostly medical career centered, he looked up to others in the entertainment industry. One in particular was the late Michael Jackson. He's still pursuing his career, ever since entered the world of Hollywood at age 25.
