Biography

My ideas are shaped by my early love for classic literature and post-classical cinema. While my fascination for storytelling was backed by Urdu literary masters like Krishan Chandar, Shafiq Ur Rahman and Qurutulain Haider, I stumbled upon an even bigger world where stories met images and became larger than life - and that is when I fell in love with cinema!

My years at Pakistan's first film school at the National College of Arts in Lahore not only fine-tuned my skills as a filmmaker but also fueled my appetite for popular and traditional arts and culture (and well, food too!).

Working professionally for the last 8 years with Pakistan's finest film and production individuals, and delivering to clients in fast-paced, competitive environments has only been the beginning of an ambitious journey. I look forward to greater challenges, new stories and stunning ideas. Let's create them together!
