With over 15 years of experience and a passion that lights up every project, Joëlle Agathe is a producer known for her creative and human-centered approach to film and television. In 2023, after leading the production of 750 minutes of interactive fiction for the North American market as Head of the Media Department and Lead Producer, Joëlle chose to return to what she loves most-creating impactful TV series and feature films. She recently collaborated with Zone3 as a producer on the celebrated series Après le déluge II.

Joëlle Agathe founded Aléas Films in 2010, inspired by a desire to produce accessible, inspiring films that resonate with contemporary audiences. Over the next decade, she brought her projects to life on the global festival circuit, where they won accolades, including the prestigious "Outstanding Production" award in Los Angeles. Her portfolio is as diverse as her creativity, with over a hundred projects ranging from TV and web series and feature and short films to commercials, music videos, and even live performances.

Joëlle has collaborated with leading industry players, including Zone3, Trio Orange, Pixcom, Fairplay, White House Pictures, Lion's Gate, Just for Laughs, Brink, the NFB, Vivaclic, Téléfiction, and Productions J, along with broadcasters like Bell Media, Télé-Québec, Radio-Canada, Tou.tv, TVA, VTélé, RDS, and Unis.TV. From pitching and financing to navigating industry regulations and managing teams, Joëlle brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to every step of production. Her talent for bringing stories to life on screen reflects her commitment to quality storytelling and her love for connecting with audiences.
