Biography

Andy is a British voice actor, on-camera actor, presenter, and producer originally from London, England. He is based in Bath, UK.

With over 5000 hours of live broadcast, for six years Andy was the lead Anchor for the internationally broadcast aNews channel, presenting daily and breaking news from around the world, and hosting 183 episodes of The Edge. In one year he conducted over 900 live interviews as part of that output.

As a voice artist, his voice literally flies the world on in-flight documentaries, and can be heard on countless corporate videos, documentaries, commercials, and other projects. Want your brand to sound smart, sincere, prestigious or authoritative? The British voice of Andy Boyns is articulate, believable and smooth. Other specialties include technical narration, e-Learning projects and apps for tablets and phones. He has dubbed roles in several cinema films.

With a major role in the Turkish cinema film "Bana Masal Anlatma", and recurrent characters in a number of TV series, Andy is still remembered fro his debut role in the award winning Turkish comedy series "Seksenler". He has also performed in TV adverts, and a wide range of informational videos.

As a presenter at the VOICE 2012 conference in Los Angeles, Andy's passion for the international community came to the fore with his "International Voiceovers" panel. He also took this opportunity to develop his website series "The Person Behind the Voice", a resource which seeks to learn what inspires, challenges, or motivates the amazing talents which drive the media industry.

He is married and a proud father.
