- Luís Porto is a director who currently divides his time between theater, cinema and television.
In cinema, he signed works such as "Boca do Inferno", the short film "Deus Providenciará", the documentary about the 100 years of Teatro Nacional de São João, entitled "Visita", and the most recent film "Francisco de Lacerda, ou a Fragueira ou París". On television, he wrote and directed the series "4Play".
His career in theater began with the film recording of shows such as "Al Mada Nada", "Comédia de Bastidores", "O Balcão" and "Um Sonho". In 2021, on World Theater Day, he directed the live broadcast of "à Espera de Godot". Still in the theater, he has been working as a creative in designing videos for theater shows, in this context he signed works such as "Talvez Monsanto", "Espectros", "Ensaio Sobre a Cegueira", "As Bruxas de Salem" and "Fado Alexandrino".
His training went through the Higher School of Theater and Cinema and later in directing workshops at the National Television & Film School and at Raindance, in London.
