Biography

As the face of Sony's UK programming for almost 7 years, Nish is probably most famous as the host of hit worldwide reality show Boogie Woogie UK and the weekly magazine shows View Asia and Zone. His work has seen him host events across the world, including award shows in New York, with the biggest names in film, television, sport and politics.

Having kicked off his presenting career on the BAFTA Award winning Disney Channel Kids Awards and MTV's TRL, Nish was soon covering a variety of events, ranging from international cricket matches and showbiz premiers, to glamorous award shows and royal visits. Career highlights include interviewing the India cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar, Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and Prime Minister David Cameron.

Since moving to the world's number one Indian television station, Star TV, Nish can be seen mixing with the stars and fronting a range of shows including the The India Cricket Team's UK Tour, The British Asian Film Festival and the Saraghari Challenge Cup.

His radio career has seen him host shows on stations including Sure FM and, as a voice over artist, Nish can be heard narrating a string of popular advertising campaigns for the likes of Morrisons, Lebara Mobile and Tilda, to name but a few.

In terms of acting, Nish has starred in leading roles in a number of high profile theatre productions, including Shakespeare's Macbeth and Tempest. He went on to work with renowned theatre company, Hathi Productions, in a number of critically acclaimed shows and even co-wrote a production for the National Theatre in London as part of their International Collaborations Season.
