Her academic journey began at St. Mary's Convent School in Nainital, where she completed her schooling. Sukirti continued her pursuit of knowledge at Sophia College for Women in Mumbai, Maharashtra, earning a degree in economics.

Sukirti Kandpal made her foray into the television industry with the SAB TV show "Jersey No. 10" in 2007, where she showcased her acting prowess in the lead female role opposite Shravan Reddy. This marked the beginning of a successful career that saw her in prominent roles in popular TV shows like "Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani" (2010), "Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai... Ajab Sa Risk Hai" (2013), "Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls" (2015), "Kaala Teeka" (2017), and more.

Beyond her acting endeavors, Sukirti Kandpal has also ventured into the world of beauty pageants. She represented India in the Miss India Worldwide contest held in Dubai in 2011, where she emerged victorious, earning the prestigious title of Miss Bollywood Diva. Her multifaceted talents extend to the realm of modeling, with associations with renowned brands such as PC Chandra Jewellers Goldlite Collection, Margo Neem Face wash, Dove Shampoo, and others.
