Biography

Mihajlo Obrenov is a film director, composer, artist, and music producer. He is also the son of the late film director and acclaimed editor Ivan Obrenov. He graduated from the School of Design, "Bogdan Suput," in Novi Sad. Mihajlo holds a degree in film and multimedia directing from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, under the mentor-ship of Professor Vlatko Gilic. Since 1997, he has been directing and filming music videos, experimental films and documentaries. Besides video and film, his other passion is music and sound post-production. As a producer, he has participated in the creation of over 100 music albums. In addition to film and sound post-production, since 1997, he has been composing electronic music for his bands dreDDup and MRT, and upon request, composes music for television shows, theater, and independent film productions. He lives and works in Novi Sad.
