Biography

Born and raised in the outskirts of Washington, DC, in Falls Church, VA, Jeff began his film career on 8mm film as an actor and without sound. The affinity for filmmaking grew from being in front of the camera to working on making things happen behind the camera by the time he reached his teenage years. With the addition of digital filmmaking, starting from VHS and working upward, Jeff has participated in the filming of several dozen productions, many of which never saw the light of day. But, from the time he started writing and directing people, he knew his calling was that of a Producer, Director, and Writer.

In 2007, Jeff began a group called PA Films, which quickly turned into a company that helps people make movies in central Pennsylvania. At every turn, Jeff has tried to help numerous productions to blossom and grow, never once in it for the fame, power, or money. He is a storyteller by nature.
