Seema Jaswal was born on January 28, 1985. She is an actress, known for Ted Lasso (2020), Sidemen Charity Match 2026 (Sidemen FC VS Youtube Allstars) (2026) and Sidemen Charity Match 2025 (Sidemen FC VS Youtube Allstars) (2025).

When she was 16 she caught meningitis and was in a coma for 8 hours. Her full recovery was aided by her excellent prior health due to an interest in playing sports. She is now a 'Celebrity Ambassador' for Meningitis Now, a UK charity focused on reaching a point where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need.
