- Fish WANG is a graduate of Arts & Craft Department of Fu-Hsin Trade and Arts School. He has been involved in animation and comics for more than 20 years, working in an animation company as a layout composer and art designer. Known for his unique style and boundless creativity, Fish has carved out a distinctive niche in the industry while maintaining a prolific output.
Fish's original animation works include music videos and various animated shorts. Among them, Ghost of the Dark Path (2023) won Best Animated Short in the Competition section at the 2023 Sitges Film Festival in Spain, and Red Tail (2022) received the Cristal for the Best VR Work at the 2023 Annecy Festival. Fish's earliest short, Gold Fish (2019) won Best Animated Short at the 2019 Golden Horse Film Festival in Taiwan.

- In 2007, he produced segments of animation for the Taiwanese movie Orz Boyz (2008). The dark, special style of his work has been lauded as "full of imagination".
- In 2006, Wang produced an animated music video for the song "The man who makes words" from the Taiwanese singer Summer Lei. This video led to his nomination as the best Music video director in Taiwan's Golden Music Awards. The same Music video was also selected by international anime festivals in Japan and Italy.
- In 2014, WANG quit working for the animation company and became a freelance comic artist, fully dedicated to his creation. With funds raised from crowd, he published his own comic books. His short novel Electronic Appliance Street was adapted into a TV drama. And his short film Gold Fish (2019) was awarded Best Animation Short by Taiwan's Golden Horse Award in 2019.
