Biography

Marta Carracedo (Madrid, Spain) is a producer and designer based between Madrid and Los Angeles.

Marta has a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Mass Media with a major in Creation and Production of Film and TV. She graduated from UCLA with a Postgrade in Film Directing and has been working on multiple projects as a producer, director and storyteller. Marta has collaborated with filmmakers from around the world in a range of positions including production, editing, cinematography, art directing, casting, and gaffing.

In Spain, she worked for the Agencies Leira & Serrano Casting and Mesala Films Talent Management. In Los Angeles, she has collaborated with the Literary Agency Original Artist, the company Virgin Produced, the American Film Market (AFM), the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and the San Pedro International Film Festival.

In 2013, Marta's film Rouge got recognition winning the Award of Merit at The Indie Fest in La Jolla, CA and being Official Selection in the International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts (IFFCA) in Los Angeles and in the International Short Film Festival Cine Campus in Puerto Rico.

Since then Marta hasn't stop working. She produced and directed the music videos Come into my room and I don't understand me for the channels MTV and VH1. At the beginning of 2015 she produced the horror film Shadow's Fall, which is currently in post production in India.

Marta is focusing on further developing her creativity and career towards advertising. Having just completed a Master in Graphic Design she is pursuing a second one in Creative Advertising.
