- Sid is an artist, designer and a writer. He completed his BFA in Painting and Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2006. In 2009, during the major economic recession, he decided to pursue further education and went to Mumbai, India to attend Whistling Woods International. There, he focused on film direction and screenwriting, and eventually earned an Associate in Film Arts in 2011. With his degrees in design and filmmaking, he brings the art of storytelling to the forefront of all his projects.
As a creator he has a deep admiration for Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Alexander Calder and he's influenced by the works of Truffaut, Goddard, Scorsese, M. Night Shyamalan, and Alfonso Cuarón. Some of his favorite films include "The 400 Blows, Breathless, Mean Streets, Memento, The Sixth Sense, and Y Tu Mamá También.
He is shopping his first feature-length screenplay for production or management representation. It's a psychological/sci-fi thriller called "White Calm".
