Alana Monroe

Alana Monroe, originally from the Ohio Valley and a graduate of Franciscan University, is a seasoned performer known for her multi-ethnic look and her ability to bring authentic, relatable characters to life. She is married to fellow actor Steve Monroe (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Miss Congeniality, The Following), and the two often joke that dinner conversations double as notes sessions for the various projects they're working on. Alana is also the co-founder of Looking Up Media, a virtue-driven production company that merges faith and film to create stories that entertain, inspire, and linger long after the credits roll.
